Role Purpose
Iron Holdings is seeking a hardworking and technically skilled Vandalism Team Assistant to join our Vodacom Project.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid welding certificate.
- Practical experience in civil works.
- Experience in telecommunications infrastructure will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under the direction of a Team Leader.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel and work at sites within the allocated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader with daily field operations.
- Perform welding and civil works related to telecommunications infrastructure.
- Assist with the repair and restoration of vandalised infrastructure.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used and maintained correctly.
- Follow all site safety procedures and Vodacom project requirements.
- Support the team in completing assigned tasks efficiently and to the required standard.
