Role Purpose
Iron Holdings is looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Vandalism Team Leader to join our Vodacom Project.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid welding certificate.
- Valid Driving License
- Proven experience in civil works.
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience is essential.
- Experience in telecommunications infrastructure will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and work at sites within the allocated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the vandalism team during field operations.
- Coordinate welding, civil works, and the repair of vandalised telecommunications infrastructure.
- Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with Vodacom project requirements and site procedures.
- Manage team performance, tools, equipment, and daily work activities.
- Report on completed work, site challenges, and operational requirements.
